Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the sl789 online gaming website accessible at https://sl789.bio, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, and software.
• "sl789" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all of its affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to the Player's Account by sl789.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must turnover a bonus amount in qualifying games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or sl789's internal policies.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by sl789 for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party while using the Platform.

sl789 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time, including during the KYC process, and to restrict or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met.

To access real-money games and betting markets on sl789, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process at the sl789 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport)
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid mobile number registered in Indonesia
• A unique username and a strong password of your own choosing
• The name of your preferred Indonesian bank or e-wallet for withdrawal purposes

Each individual may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. sl789 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify sl789 promptly at [email protected] of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

sl789 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from sl789 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify sl789 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to your Account. sl789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access that occurs as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

sl789 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform connections, two-factor authentication options, and automated anomaly detection to protect your Account. However, no security system is infallible, and you remain responsible for access originating from your devices.

sl789 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via any unapproved channel will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account tier and the limits of the selected payment provider
• Processing time: Bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours; e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant
• Deposit fees: sl789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned or forfeited at sl789's discretion. sl789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a depositing account belongs to you.

sl789 does not accept deposits made using credit cards. All deposits must originate from Indonesian bank accounts or Indonesian-registered e-wallets held in your name.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after a Player has completed the KYC verification process and has met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's name.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per request
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and daily limits communicated at the time of request
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours; bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business hours to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing schedule
• Withdrawal fees: sl789 does not charge withdrawal processing fees

sl789 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, including requesting updated KYC documentation, proof of deposit source, or additional identity verification. Withdrawal requests that fail security checks will be declined and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, sl789 reserves the right to freeze a Player's balance and withhold withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. Players will be notified of any such action and provided with an opportunity to respond via the support channel.

sl789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and remain in good standing on the Platform.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x turnover), a validity period, and eligible games or betting markets.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• sl789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have opted into an active promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering structure.

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, sl789 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the sl789 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinated betting strategies in live poker or table games
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with sl789
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain; any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward sl789 staff or other Players via any support or chat channel

sl789 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose Account information and transaction records in response to lawful requests. Players engaged in illegal activity on the Platform may have their information reported to the relevant Indonesian authorities.

All content on the sl789 Platform — including but not limited to the sl789 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, game interfaces, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of sl789 or its licensed Service Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform or its content
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use the sl789 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without our prior written consent
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions by a third party
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof
• Losses attributable to gambling outcomes, as all games and betting markets carry inherent financial risk
• Technical failures, data loss, or errors caused by third-party Service Providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or odds published on the Platform

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. sl789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, sl789's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

sl789 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Your data is used for purposes including Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. sl789 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

sl789 retains player data for a minimum of five years following account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping obligations. In the event of a dispute between you and sl789, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. All formal dispute notices must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of receipt of a formal dispute notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall result in a final, binding decision. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits sl789's right to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief in any competent court to protect its rights, reputation, or intellectual property.
